Setting up the calendar
- Week 0, Monday morning: FidForward team to release training/how-to videos for performance reviews (for both managers and direct reports)
- Week 0, Friday afternoon: deadline for employees to submit and revise feedback points (to be done through Fiddy exclusively)
- Week 1, Monday morning: FidForward team to revise all feedback given, fix potential bugs and report back to the management team the numbers achieved
- Week 1, Monday afternoon: FidForward team to run a calibration session with all the team managers, where we will review the 9Box of each team and the organization as a whole
- Week 1, Tuesday morning: FidForward team to run a calibration session with CEO, where we will review the 9Box of CEO’s direct reports
- Week 1, Wednesday to Friday: managers to schedule performance reviews with all their direct reports, with FidForward team joining a few of them
Communications
- CEO/COO:
- Setup a calendar invitation to all team on Week 0, Friday 18:00 with
Deadline to submit feedback to Fiddy
