- We will install the Fiddy App in your Slack workspace
- After full company onboarding, we will request your employees to grant access to read calendar to allow the App to know the most contacted employees and be proactive to request feedback

- Our backend is hosted on Google Cloud
- We utilize Clerk for access management

Not using Slack? Follow these steps to create a workpace for your company:
- Go to https://slack.com/get-started#/createnew;
- Enter your corporate email address and click Continue, or continue with Apple or Google;
- Check your email for a confirmation code;
- Enter your code, then click Create a Workspace and follow the prompts;

Expectations
Yes, we will implement FidForward within your company’s environment (including communication, documentation, dashboard and all future features)
But we will also guide you on implementing a culture of performance management, with daily guidance from ex-General Manager @ Glovo and ex-SWE @ Cloudflare (both known for strong performance culture).
Employee Onboarding
- Week -1:
- [ ] Sign-up to FidForward by creating your admin user
- [ ] You will be prompted to create an organization
- [ ] Upon landing in the Onboarding menu, follow the steps to add FidForward to your Slack workspace and purchase the required licenses
- [ ] Configure your Organizational Chart by setting the managers for each user
- [ ] You need to appoint a point-of-contact to lead the project
- Day 1:
- [ ] You will send out an email to all employees with the announcement of the partnership (pre-drafted by FidForward team), including the link for the employee survey. Make sure to include [email protected] in CC.
- English version
- Portuguese version
- Day 1: FidForward team to send out an onboarding email with the link to the application. The application will have an onboarding flow to help the employee to setup the account basics and sign in with Google Calendar (to provide frequency of employee interactions to the FidForward algorithm)
- Day 3: FidForward team to follow-up with employees that haven’t yet signed-up to the FidForward platform
